I just received a very nice call from Kyte.com they are interested in possibly supporting the charity :)

Once the bank account is opened, then we file the LONG HARD process for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the IRS

See how things are forming and taking shape? :) Slow but steady we will get there.

Then when we get the EIN/TIN from the IRS we can open a bank account for the charity.

We wanted to file and beat the 4th of July holiday. When we get the Wyoming State certificates, then we apply for an EIN/TIN number from the IRS

The Wyoming articles of non-profit incorporation were filed today! We now just need to wait for Wyoming to send back the official certificates.

The Twitter name is @TNPODirectors as in (TheNonProfitOrganization Directors)

Then we can link the bank account to the new PayPal account to receive online donations.

When we get the certificate from the Wyoming Secretary Of State, then we open a bank account

We file the articles of incorporation THIS WEEK! (Cheering)

We have 3 weeks - 1 month to assign one more director before we file for IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.

Announcement: That @PopGloss and @Barely and @Allianak are confirmed members on the board of directors.

That will give the charity 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt status, and all donations will be tax deductible for donors.

After we fil articles and are waiting for the documents to be returned, we will be working on IRS form 1023 Application for Tax Exemption

We have just completed the Articles Of Incorporation! The next step is filing them in the state of Wyoming.

This morning we are finishing the articles of incorporation. :)

If you don't day things the right way, the IRS will deny the tax exempt status when you file for exemption.

The language, the "way" things are stated in the articles of incorporation of a charity is CRITICAL to the IRS

It's amazing how few people realize the complexity of crafting the Articles of incorporation for a non profit is.

This Monday morning we are filling in the Non-Profit Articles Of Incorporation for the new charity. Now all we need is $200.00 to file them!

Now is the time when we have to ask for our first contribution. We need $200 to file non-profit articles of incorporation.

The next step is filing the Articles Of Incorporation. This costs $200 for filing, etc. Once incorporated we then can open a bank account.

All the preliminary steps have been taken and implemented to establish the new charity.

A graphic designer is putting the final touches on the new charity logo. It should be done in an hour or less.

Next we work on the LOGO.

Over the coming weeks we will be refining the mission statement to include animals & the environment, but this is a very good start.

Now, one post through Ping.fm auto posts to multiple sites, including Twitter and the blogger account, which updates Feedburner.

Now that everything is automated and communicating, we will wrap thing up for tonight. Tomorrow we do logo and mission statement.

It's 12:22AM (22 past midnight local time) We are burning the midnight oil setting up account settings.

We just set up a Feedburner.com account and linked it with the blogger account.

Our new logo is ready. We will most likely have it online tomorrow. Meanwhile we continue crafting the mission statement.
