WOOT! We now have a bank account with Bank Of America for The Non Profit Organization!

We are going to Bank Of America tomorrow to open an account for the new charity. Progress is slow but steady.

We are forming a new publicly supported charity blogging about it publicly every step of the way! :)

We need $750 to file the IRS application for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status for the charity.

I know we haven't posted for awhile. Not to worry everything is fine. Working on raising the $750

We anticipate we will receive those late next week. Meanwhile we will apply for an EIN/TAX ID from the IRS.

We are still waiting for the official Articles Of Incorporation back from the state of Wyoming Secretary Of State

Today I received the Record Book, the corporate starter kit, and corporate seal for The Non Profit Organization :)
